Created by

Godalming Minster will unite the four churches in the parishes of Busbridge, Hambledon and Godalming.

That’s:

Busbridge Church, Brighton Road
Hambledon Church, Church Lane
St Peter and St Paul’s, Church Street
St Mark’s, Franklyn Road

Different styles of worship

Godalming Minster congregations span the range from traditional to contemporary, from the formal Choral Eucharist to the very informal, outdoor Muddy Church.

The congregations meet across Godalming Minster’s four church venues, at local parks and Hambledon Village Hall.

revitalised christian mission

Our goals are simply to follow Jesus, love people and renew faith in and around Godalming, and we’ve identified three areas to focus our activities and resources to achieve this:

Growing Younger - passing the gospel onto future generations, working with local schools and youth services as well as Minster led groups and activities.

Mission and Evangelism - sharing the good news about Jesus in words and action, partnering with the community to deliver care and friendship to those who need support in different circumstances, at different times of life.

Developing & deepening discipleship - offering teaching, guidance and support to nurture and inspire living for Jesus, wherever people are in their Christian journey - whether that’s in small groups, on short courses and training, or teaching on Sundays.

For you, for life

Godalming Minster will offer a range of services, groups and activities to support and enrich every stage of life.
