Already have a ChurchSuite account?

Here at Busbridge&Hambledon Church we use ChurchSuite for our information database. “My ChurchSuite” is the online interface which enables church members, who have signed up, to see contact information for other members, what’s going on in the life of the church, sign up to events, check rotas, set up and amend giving and much more.

If we have your details already, and you haven’t received your invitation to ChurchSuite, OR you are not sure, please request an invitation or more information from the Church Office. (If you receive the weekly notices by email, or you serve on the rota, your details are already held on ChurchSuite.)

If you are new to Busbridge&Hambledon Church, please complete the Welcome Form and check the request for MyChurchSuite, or request it from the Church Office at a later date.

After you receive the invitation, simply click the link in the email and set a password.

You're now ready to access My ChurchSuite!

Accessing My ChurchSuite

My ChurchSuite can be accessed, as required, through:

• Any web browser on a laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet

• The ChurchSuite app from the App Store (Apple iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices)

USING ANY WEB BROWSER - laptop, PC, smartphone or tablet

1. Go to https://login.churchsuite.com/

2. If asked “Search for your church” enter “BHC Godalming”

3. If asked “Enter your email or username” enter your email

4. If asked “Enter your password” enter your password

USING THE FREE APP ON A PHONE OR TABLET

Search or use the buttons below to download the ChurchSuite app from the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) as required:

Set a PIN as requested on app startup. Enter Church, username and password as for Using Any Web Browser, above. Please note: Password resets require Using Any Web Browser login above and following those instructions.
