Nexus is a great place to make friends. It’s a group primarily for women (although men are welcome if there’s a topic they’re particularly interested in!). We meet on the first Thursday of each month at 8.00pm in Busbridge Church Centre. Our programme is varied, spanning every interest – with talks, demonstrations, outings and activities; we also arrange weekday and Saturday walks followed by a pub meal. We finish our year with a social event to which partners, guests and friends are invited.

Nexus Programme 2013

Nexus is a part of the church outreach programme and provides a place for local women, whether church going or not, to meet for friendship and support.

Through the group you can also find out about other events and activities happening in the Church. You’ll find that the Nexus programme often includes speakers who are members of our church or other Christian organisations.

Nexus gives donations to local charities or charities which are supported by church members including:

• Chennai Challenge
• Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
• The Cellar
• Skillway
• Guildford Action
• Shooting Star CHASE Children’s Hospice
• Church Family Support Fund

Our charity for 2013 is the Dan Eley Foundation.
